These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you",your") and Won99a ("Won99a", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Won99a website located at https://won99a.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, and any other products made available through the platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Won99a platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. Won99a reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use Won99a, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Won99a operates a strict minimum age policy consistent with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards for casino-style gambling. Proof of age will be requested during the KYC verification process.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, agent, contractor, or close associate of Won99a, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a previously terminated or suspended account with Won99a, or have been excluded from the Platform under any self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must be registering and acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each User is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered account on the Won99a platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any change.

Won99a reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration, at any time after registration, or prior to processing a withdrawal. Documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months)
• Selfie photograph holding the identity document
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure at Won99a's discretion.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will access the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes and not for commercial gain or professional gambling activities conducted through automated means.
• You will not use the Platform to engage in or facilitate any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• You will not use any software, script, bot, spider, or automated tool to interact with the Platform without the express written consent of Won99a.
• You acknowledge that the outcome of all games and betting markets on Won99a is determined by certified random number generators or live real-world sporting events, and that results are final.
• You will not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access the Platform using your account.

All financial transactions on Won99a are conducted inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• DuitNow and FPX instant bank transfer
• Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost
• Online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank
• Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (from MYR 20 for e-wallets to MYR 50 for cards). Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time. Won99a does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Standard withdrawal processing time is under five (5) minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions, subject to your bank's receiving timelines. Won99a reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

Currency: Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation. Won99a is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and confirmation of a cryptocurrency transaction.

Won99a offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to Users who have completed basic account registration and, where specified, full KYC verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, per household IP address, or per payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the promotion details. Winings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Won99a reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where such action would unfairly disadvantage Users who have already opted into the promotion in good faith.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, structured low-risk wagering designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or collusion — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus Funds expire after 30 days unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the Won99a platform are subject to the following general rules:

• A Wager is accepted and binding once a confirmation notification has been displayed and recorded in the User's betting history. No cancellations or modifications are permitted once a Wager is accepted, except where offered as a specific feature (e.g., Cash Out).
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, the records held by Won99a's systems shall be considered definitive, unless a manifest technical error can be demonstrated.
• Won99a reserves the right to void any Wager placed at clearly eroneous odds (whether due to a pricing error, technical fault, or data feed issue). In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day as displayed within the relevant product interface at the time of wagering.
• For live dealer casino games, the dealer's actions and decisions made in accordance with the game rules are final. Technical disconnections during a live game will be resolved in accordance with the individual game provider's disconnect policy.
• Won99a uses certified random number generators for all RNG-based games. RTP figures are as published and are long-term theoretical averages — they do not guarantee returns in any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Won99a reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in the following:

• Using any automated betting system, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users, casino employees, or third parties to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Placing bets in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Money laundering — including the use of the Platform to process, conceal, or disguise proceeds of crime.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether under the same name, household, IP address, or payment method) for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Chargebacks — initiating payment reversals through a bank or card provider after depositing funds and using those funds to wager.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

Won99a is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We recognise that a small proportion of users may experience difficulties controlling their gambling behaviour, and we have implemented tools and policies to assist such individuals.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users and can be activated from the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on their deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum duration for each active gaming session, after which the Platform will automatically terminate the session.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion period of30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the User's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.

All content on the Won99a Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Won99a or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of Won99a.

The Won99a name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Won99a. You must not use such marks without the prior written consent of Won99a.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Won99a and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any of its services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content as a result of your failure to maintain account security.

Won99a does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

Won99a's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the balance held in that User's Account at the time of the relevant incident.

Won99a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Won99a will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with the User's Account.

Where changes are made in response to legal or regulatory requirements, they may take effect immediately without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account. Closure requests submitted within 14 days of notification of material changes will be processed without penalty.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact Won99a's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Won99a will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to reach a resolution within thirty (30) days of the initial submission.

Won99a's records — including transaction histories, bet placements, communications logs, and system data — shall be treated as authoritative evidence in any dispute resolution process, absent manifest technical error.
